About OPDX

OPDX is a digital Hospital Queue Management System designed to streamline OPD workflows. It provides hospitals with role-based dashboards and allows patients to track their queue status, token number, and estimated waiting time through a mobile application.

User Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• Patients under 18 years require parental or guardian consent.
• Hospitals must be legally registered healthcare providers.

User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Do not misuse or attempt to disrupt system operations.
• Use OPDX only for lawful healthcare-related purposes.
• Hospitals are responsible for the accuracy of patient data.

Patient Mobile App Usage

The OPDX mobile application allows patients to view queue-related information only. OPDX does not guarantee consultation time accuracy as delays may occur due to medical emergencies or hospital policies.

Medical Disclaimer

OPDX does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions are solely the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals and hospitals.

Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized access or data extraction
• Reverse engineering or hacking attempts
• Uploading false or misleading information
• Violating patient confidentiality

Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to OPDX if these Terms are violated or if system misuse is detected, without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of OPDX after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.
