OPDX was born from a personal frustration. Our founder, while accompanying his elderly mother to a hospital appointment, witnessed the chaos of traditional queue systems. Patients waited for hours without knowing when their turn would come, doctors struggled to manage overwhelming crowds, and hospital staff were constantly overwhelmed.
That day, we realized that in an age where we can order food, book cabs, and manage our entire lives through smartphones, hospital queues were still stuck in the past. We knew technology could solve this problem.
Since 2019, we've been working tirelessly to digitize hospital queues across India. What started as a simple idea has grown into a comprehensive platform serving 200+ hospitals and 50,000+ patients daily. But we're just getting started.
